This would suit a project which does not have a concrete base, it could be supported on Ground screws, concrete piles/pads, a threaded bar system or similar foundations suited to timber frame.
A double joist beam to the whole perimeter and mid point which will receive individual floor cassettes at approx 1.2 x 1.8m.
