Roof structure - Cassette form

Roof structure for a 3.66m x 4.88m Build - Total roof size = 3.96m x 5.08m

The front will have a 200mm overhang 

The sides and back will have a 100mm overhang

The roof will be delivered in sections as follows:

3no sections @ 1200mm x 3960mm
1no section @ approx 400mm x 3960mm
6no noggins to install
2no 6x2 fascia timbers for front and back to install

They will be 6x2 - c24 timber @ 400 centres

14 sheets of 18mm T&G osb (600mm x 2400mm) supplied  - to be cut and installed DIY
